FLY RODS AND REELS
LOOP offers a Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect and a 1 year unconditional warranty.
Within the first year of purchase we offer our One Year Unconditional, No Questions Asked Warranty. This comprehensive warranty covers almost anything that happens to the product during the first year of purchase – please note this excludes theft, loss or misplacement.
After the first year, our warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod or reel and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the misuse of the product.
This warranty does not cover fire, theft, missing rod sections and accidental breakage.
LOOP lifetime Warranty coverage does not extend to any custom work. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product. All LOOP rods and reels have lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item(s).
If we no longer offer the product (or its spare parts) in question, we reserve the right to determine if the product will be replaced with the closest comparable model. A service fee will be added for this.
Colours and components may vary between original and replacement parts.
FLY LINES
If a LOOP fly line fails due to workmanship or material defect, please return it to the service centre for evaluation and replacement. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returned items. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.
CLOTHING
If LOOP jackets, waders or boots fail due to workmanship or material defects, please return the item to us for repair or replacement. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returned items. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.
FISHING ACCESSORIES
If a LOOP fishing accessory fails due to workmanship or material defect, please return it to the service centre for evaluation and replacement. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returned items. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.
OUTDOOR & TRAVEL ACCESSORIES
If a LOOP outdoor & travel accessory fails due to workmanship or material defect, please return it to the service centre for evaluation and replacement. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returned items. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.
